For the cooking of your products, Ardoino Trade sells 3 models of cookers. Depending on the type of cooking you want to apply to your products, we offer different models.
For electric bain-marie cooking: Electric bain marie fully built in stainless steel suitable for cooking and preparing food products. This water bath exploits the circulation of the diathermic oil in the gap of the bowl which is isolated by a triple wall to optimize the safety of the operator.
For direct flaming gas cooking: With a new innovative and compact design, the CUOCIMIX is an ideal machine for cooking sauces, marmalades, jams, fruits, vegetables, creams and food products that require fast cooking. This cooker allows the pasteurization of glass jars.
For steam bath cooking: models LPV Caldaie. This company designs, builds, installs and tests each produced machine and assists all its customers, through direct relationships and personalized service, ensuring a constant presence and specific solutions with standard machines, machines of its own. own range, or special productions.
Equipment for dosing your products
We offer different models of dosers, all of optimal quality for professional production. For Ardoino Trade, the important thing is to provide our customers with dosers that guarantee:
- Maximum precision. Once the quantity of products to be dispensed and metered has been determined, it is repeated with constant accuracy without dripping thanks to the specially designed spouts.

Our crimping machines
To close accurately and quickly your capsules, containers and bottles we offer 2 models of crimper:

- Pneumatic screwdriver specially designed to close with great precision, simplicity and speed.
- The screwdriver for metal plugs.
- Model with vertical descent and fast rate, up to produce 800 products / hour.
Our driers for fruits, vegetables, pollen and aromatic herbs
Ideal for treating products such as fruits, vegetables, pollen and aromatic herbs, we offer a range of Eco Line dryers (Eco 2, Eco 4, Eco Evo and Eco Mini). These machines are all composed of a stainless steel treatment chamber and external structure in painted sheet metal, equipped with a hinged door. In addition, they feature patented air treatment technology with the possibility of heat recovery. Perfect models for small and medium size farms.
